Challenge

Soft Sol was looking to strengthen its digital presence, particularly for its SaaS offerings, in a competitive B2B market. The challenge was twofold:

• Attract the right enterprise clients via digital channels.
• Create content and marketing systems that could support the sales team in client acquisition and onboarding.

The company’s existing online presence was underutilized, and content efforts were scattered across teams with low engagement or conversion rates.

My Approach

1. Strategic B2B Social Campaigns
I designed and led multiple targeted social media campaigns across LinkedIn and Twitter, specifically aimed at decision-makers in IT and procurement roles.
I focused on relevance, consistency, and timing—tailoring content pillars around product value, use cases, and client success.

2. SEO-Driven Web Optimization
I conducted audits of existing web pages and worked on keyword optimization, meta-tag updates, and structural improvements, which led to a 50% rise in search-driven traffic. I collaborated with developers to improve user experience and conversion flow.

3. Multimedia Content Creation
To boost engagement, I produced short-form video content, motion graphics, and infographics used in campaigns and across website landing pages.
This helped communicate technical product features in an accessible, visual format—doubling social engagement within two quarters.

4. Sales Enablement Materials
I developed a full suite of client-facing assets—case studies, whitepapers, onboarding decks, demo videos—tailored by vertical.

These assets helped shorten sales cycles and aligned marketing with the sales funnel to improve handoffs between teams.

Outcome

Lessons & Pivots

A major learning was that sales and marketing need shared narratives. By involving the sales team early in content planning, I ensured materials answered real client objections.
Another insight was the importance of adapting content format—switching from text-heavy to visual formats made a tangible difference in reach and understanding.
