Challenge
When I joined forces with Annie, she was an emerging actress aiming to break through both the film and influencer spaces. Her brand needed structure, her digital identity lacked cohesion, and she had limited visibility beyond her initial audience. The challenge was to scale her presence, build a recognizable persona, and attract both fans and brands — across Instagram, YouTube, events, and television.

Every piece was crafted to spark engagement and tell a part of her narrative.
• Growth-Driven Instagram Strategy: I restructured her Instagram strategy with a strong focus on story-based reels, trend-integration, and viral hook frameworks. I introduced series-based storytelling and adapted trending formats to match her tone — which directly contributed to a sustained growth curve.
• Performance-Based Iteration: I used performance analytics to track what worked — analyzing content save rates, reach patterns, and comment depth — and iterated continuously. This allowed us to optimize content timing, format length, and caption hooks in real time.
• Brand Deal Curation: As her visibility grew, I negotiated and filtered brand deals, ensuring all collaborations aligned with her evolving voice. I built her media kit, pitched her to agencies, and prepared scripts/talking points for brand videos and launch events.
